Country Steak Out, Fort Morgan, CO

Country Steak Out has been in existence for 18 years. Alvina Schrum, the current owner, obtained the business almost 10 years ago. In 2000, the restaurant underwent a “beautification” process, at which point a banquet hall was added. The building used to be part of an old lumber yard and was moved from downtown Fort Morgan to its current location. We feel this adds to the eccentricity and authenticity, which makes this restaurant “one of a kind.”
